In principal, our returns & exchange policy is only applicable for any item(s) purchased online can be returned & exchange by submitting Exchange Request via email, within 7 days from the date of delivery. However, any sales item(s) purchased through this website or any United Nude boutiques in Malaysia, as well as any item which have been discounted shall not be allowed to be returned & exchange for whatsoever reasons and its condition of purchase will be deemed as final and conclusive.
