1. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can easily trace your order on its way to you by entering your tracking number at the courier’s website.
If you are a registered customer, you can track most orders through My Account.

2. When will I receive my order?
We aim to process all orders as soon as possible and dispatch your order within 3-4 working days of purchase. Orders should be received within 4-8 working days. However, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee this. If you have not received your goods within 10 days of purchase please contact us and we can investigate further for you.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a dispatch email along with a tracking number which you can use to trace your order.
